Filing a notice
Send your notice to [email protected] with the subject line DMCA Notice. Include your name, contact details and a description of the copyrighted work you believe has been copied.
Identify the exact page and location of the material, and explain why you believe the use is not authorised. Where possible, include a copy of the original work and its date.
Required statements
Include a statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
Confirm that the information in your notice is accurate, and state, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or are authorised to act on the owner behalf.
How we respond
We review valid notices promptly and remove or disable access to material we find to be infringing. We will notify the affected user where the law requires it.
If you disagree with a removal, you may send a counter-notice to the same address. We may restore the material if the requirements for a counter-notice are met.
Repeat infringers
We may restrict access to contributors who repeatedly post infringing material. This policy exists to protect creators on all sides of a complaint.
