A choose has dismissed a non permanent injunction submitted against longtime political operative Robert Burns by the wife of a Brevard County sheriff’s deputy, saying claims of stalking had been not proven. 

The injunction was filed by Edye Nunez, a deputy’s spouse, against Burns, the founder and editor of the Area Coastline Rocket information outlet, on Oct. 28. The injunction experienced pressured Burns out of his home, which sits next to Nunez’s dwelling in Viera.
